Do you work with my insurance?
Yes, on the documentation side. We photograph, measure and write the scope in the format adjusters accept, and we meet the adjuster on site. We are not public adjusters and we do not represent you in the claim.
How long does a replacement take?
A single-storey shingle roof is usually two to three days. Tile is a week or more. Weather moves the date and nothing else does.
Do you pull the permit?
Always, and in your name, which is the correct way round. A contractor who suggests skipping the permit is telling you what the rest of the job will be like.
Is the deposit refundable?
Until materials are ordered, yes, in full. After that it is the materials cost only, and we show you the supplier invoice.
